Our room was nice, clean and well stocked with a great view of the pool area. The complimentary water was a much appreciated touch. The decor is modern and pleasing to the eye. Everything appeared to be in good repair. I did have some difficulty sleeping due to the mattress not being quite to my liking, but that is a personal gripe and may not affect anyone else. Winstar does a good job with the friendly staff and courteous hosts. We ate at the Grand Via buffet and I must say that the crab legs, prime rib and mashed potatoes were great. Our server was also very good despite the large number of guests. We did not opt to eat any of the self serve food (that is just our preference).
