On this particular Saturday (Dec 17, 2011), we found the food to be plentiful, with some highlights, but so-so overall. Saturday nights at the Muckleshoot Buffet used to be spectacular - for $25 ($24.99 technically), their surf-n-turf (heavy emphasis on the seafood) buffet was to die for. We only waited about 10 minutes and we scored a booth, which was nice. We arrived at about 5pm on a Saturday evening, and there was already a dinner line. As it happens, we came specifically for the food on the buffet. None of us are really gambling enthusiasts, but if a person were, I would add a star for the convenient well-appointed, clean, safe and secure casino. We all live in north Seattle, so it this was a significant 25 mile plus drive out to the buffet. As a 'thank-you' from a colleague for a difficult short-term project my team had completed for him on-time and under budget, our business friend took the team to the Spice Bay Buffet at the Muckleshoot Casino.
